MacroGard ® is a food additive rich β-1, 3/1, 6-glucanos, produced from a selected strain of Yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae. It is a fine powder, beige to Brown clear, dry spray dryer.
MacroGard ® is not a genetically modified organism.
